The Westminster Group Foundation organised a Charity Christmas Light Trail at the extensive grounds at Westminster House between 12–15 December.
Several hundred visitors from near and far enjoyed magical evenings filled with sparkling lights, festive cheer, and the joy of giving back. The event was a tremendous fundraising success, raising several thousand pounds for charity and providing the local community with a fun packed and affordable event that all families could enjoy.
Children joined in on the exciting Christmas Quest, exploring the beautifully illuminated trail to uncover Robin's Christmas wish. After collecting letters from across the trail, the answer was revealed: “Nutcracker”.
This year’s trail featured a stunning 52,174 lights and visitors were invited to guess the total number. We are thrilled to announce that Rachel Campbell came closest with a winning guess of 52,500. Congratulations, Rachel!
The event not only brought festive joy but also supported important charitable initiatives. Thank you to all who attended, participated, and contributed to making the Charity Christmas Light Trail a heartwarming success.
Happy Christmas from all of us at Westminster!
