Cargo Manager (CM)

At Westminster we are focusing on our ability to provide our worldwide clients, organisations and businesses with an Computer Based Training (CBT) platform to help maintain skills and competency of their staff.

We aim to keep you up to date with mandatory training by providing remote or CBT with an engaging interactive interface to enhance and encourage your learning journey.

Our CBT will allow simple access to industry-leading training, delivered at your own pace and tailored to personally enhance your knowledge, skills and ability to carry out your roles effectively;

All courses focus on the current security climate and heightened threat levels, analysing the motivations and strategies which have been used against aviation in the past and providing relevant knowledge and skills, enhancing the ability to implement effective mitigation measures to reduce the risk of future attacks on aviation.

All courses utilise the operational knowledge of our operational trainers from across the industry and are conducted in an interactive style, developing best practices.

CBT packages can be individually adapted to meet your locations exact training needs and incorporate all national requirements.

This course is designed to provide those managing staff carrying out screening or applying other security controls for air cargo or mail with the relevant knowledge and skills to provide effective security in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Before you can receive any aviation security training you must have successfully completed a background check that your employer must carry out. Once your employer has provided us with written confirmation that this has been completed, you can receive joining instructions to complete the training.​

Courses are delivered in accordance with UK requirements. If you require training outside the UK a bespoke training package can be developed, please contact us if you require more details.

If you are a sole trader please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary self-declaration.

Note: If a manager is also involved in operative or supervisor activities they will require full training as for an operative or supervisor as well.
