This course meets the requirements for candidates seeking to obtain an SIA CCTV Operators license to work in control rooms and oversee the use of camera systems. The course covers 3 modules including a Practical assessment with candidates demonstrating practical competency with camera systems. The course is run over 3 days and with 23 hours of guided learning.
Following successful completion of the programme candidates can create an online account with the SIA and complete their online license application on the official SIA website.
Trainees need to be physically healthy and must have a basic grasp of English both written and verbal. The course includes 2 level 2 knowledge exams (Multiple Choice)as well as successful completion of a Practical assessment with cameras to complete Unit 3.
